Round 9 of the #StateFairFoodMission #OnTheMenu. Cornbread cake filled withTex-Mex grilled chicken white bean chili served with cornbread fries the interior chili for dipping. 16 tickets. This I must say was different and pretty filling at the same time. The cake was really sweet and could have been a dish on it’s own. The chili was pretty good as well…despite needed a little more spice to it. The cornbread fries were a different take on the type of fries were used to.
