I’m learning that when you make plans to do something and someone else wants to join…the said plans should be over 82.9% based on your own timing and what you originally planned to do…the rest is the accommodation buffer. Make it too large and you run the risk of the whole thing falling apart….on the grounds of trying to accommodate.
