Yep…happy Thanksgiving. #OnTheMenu Argentinean Steak with Peppered Potatoes #WashedDown La Catedra Red. So…running into a slump on the steaks now…this one was thicker than the last…but kinda sorta dry and seemed to lack some seasoning…had to reach for a little salt and pepper from the table. The pico like mix wasnt enough for the whole steak… wheres my chimichurri sauce…lol oh well.
