Very peculiar how the day progressed…I was invited to attend a panel today with a poetic group I hang with here…topic was demystifying the stigma behind mental illness…interesting topics…some really hit a cord….in the panel discussion we talked of distractions and eventually I gave a piece that i was writing for the group and got to talk with director of Nine Days, Edson Oda…and my insights got a free screening of his film…and another person is interested in what becomes of what I wrote the other day for a possible short. So for an encore of #NineDays…and the Q&A at the end…epic with Winston Duke chimed in on what he did to get into the role. This movie…epic…especially if you catch on to the underlying meaning. #DepressionSucks
