So walking by…and how can you pass up some bbq from a trapp haus. Lol #OnTheMenu Brisket and Rub combo with collard greens and Cole slaw. So…cole slaw…nicely seasoned and really good…greens not far behind on the flavor scale. The ribs…were…kinda average…i didnt get that oh I gotta get this feeling…same for.the brisket…idk…seems like something was missing…however the sauce (sweet heat hot and Heiney Ho hot) were good and pretty much picked up.the slack on the combo.
