Spent 10min explaining/fighting a parking ticket

Spent 10min explaining/fighting a parking ticket…1) There isn’t a No standing sign….2) I wasn’t “Parked” my foot was s on the brake and engine running. He said I was parked, I said I wasnt. Just my luck….i guess a higher rank was nearby…5min later…no ticket…but I did move. No standing is not the same as no parking. Lol
