So…this uber driver stole my laptop. 1) Yeah…its my fault I didnt double check the all bags he took out (#PersonalFail Rushed to make a flight leaving in 20min)…BUT doesnt cover up the fact after going through the slow @Uber process of contacting him about the left bag (which he ignored the requests or hours and hours), and when you get Uber directly involved he said wasnt a laptop bag left in his trunk is a blatant lie…not to mention for a native…he got lost 2x on the ride to the hotel…and them claimed that Uber themselves canceled the second stop (to the airport) that was clearly on the uber app (but he ended the ride). Uber support is a Joke. Peruvian police say they have dozens of cases similar to mine…yet they cant do much because uber doesnt give them the information they need. Lesson Learned…at a pretty high cost. #WheresNate #DiscoveringPeru #RoamingCusco
