So…more Argentinean Beef. This is my late Thanksgiving meal. Just a ordinary day here…thanksgiving isnt known at all here (kinda obvious) #WashedDown with La Lina Rose de Malbec…x2. This steak…a great improvement upon the one Inhad earlier…flavored right…no salt and pepper needed…and I had my chimichurri. Salad was super rich…like soooooo much green in there. But overall…best way yo close out the night…food wise. Wine and steak is the way to go. Did red today and a white before…this time did a Rose.
