So in Panama…and needed to find food that was from the region…and came across this place…all in good timing because I was starving. #OnTheMenu Langostinos a la plancha o al ajillo, Gallo Pino, and Tasajo. Couldnt go wrong with the grilled shrimp. The little circular things…idk what they are but they were pretty cood. Now the cured beef was a different curve for me. Rice was a little undercooked or dry for me though….but the creole sauce made everything better. Kinda getting over the taste aversion I have to plaintains now.
