Needed to get some turf food after this seafood run. #OnTheMenu Porterhouse Steak, Salad ,with Wild rice #WashedDown with a Frose Rita. Not a bad 22oz steak…temp was hit just right…dude was a little on the skimpy side. Crushed pepper and crushed sea salt aould.have been appreciated at the table though.
