Getting my Alpaca fix in…#OnTheMenu Alpaca Saltado #WashedDown Cusquena Trigo. This alpaca was grilled just nicely…it did come with rice…but a small scoop though..simple dish with tender cuts. This one seemed to have been done over flame…has a slight char on it…but packed with flavor.
