If I haven’t called you back… it’s prob because you didnt leave a message or text me. I can’t really call anyone because if I get to your VM…i can’t hang up (unless I’m Bluetooth). So…I thought this could be a simple/complicated glass replacement…but the LCD is actually damaged… there are some spots showing up where the cracks are at. Luckily, the digitizer is still in good shape. There is a minor short between the board and LCD…so when the screen times out… it’s out. A hard reset fixes the problem…but it’s a hassle…have to wait until I can get to my tools…plus see if I can salvage an LCD from somewhere. So…who has a note 8 on insurance I can buy…I’ll pay your deductible. 😀 #WheresNate #RoamingMilwaukee
