And of course…have to get an authentic Chilean dish while in Chile. #OnTheMenu Platos Guatón (Plateada o pollo asado con arroz o puré de papas y ensalada), Cazuela de Vacuno (sopa de res con carne picada, papas, mazorcas de maíz, zanahorias, cebollas, judías verdes, especias y arroz.) #WashedDown with Serena Sour and Terrible. The platos Guatón was like a beef stew meat on rice. Pretty flavorful and tender beef…the salad was pretty much like a side/garnish…lol the soup was ok…the broth was a little on the weak side though…the bone.in beef was pretty good.
