A little snackage. #OnTheMenu Smoked Duck and Farro Salad, Ginsing Chicken and Lemon Grass Chicken Potstickers, with Ice cream with strawberry topping #WashedDown Buffalo Trace on the rocks and California Blend Red wine. Everything paired up nicely…there was a selection of breads that came out mid meal. I thought the bowl will bee more of a bowl…but it was more like a soup with very little broth…not bad though…surprisingly filling. Ice cream…as usual…give it a few minutes to go from diamond hard to scoopable. Now…3 some.hours into the flight and 14hrs to go….I’m definately gonna get a few more buffalo traces to tie the night down. #FoodMission
