Had my first experience with another fowl. #OnTheMenu Goose with BBQ pork. Ya know.i just pictured those sometimes.annoying canadian geese as i bit into this. The texture is mkre like beef than chicken…but does have the greasy traits of duck. Coulda used a lil spicyness to it…didnt find any chili oil…but still a good dish nonetheless.
