1. Your card machine goes down. 2. You basically say our internet went out and we can’t accept cards right now and walk away. 3. You make customer wait 10+ minutes while you reset routers…etc. 4. You offer no water, no drink, nothing for the inconvenience. 4a. You make customer feel like it’s their fault service is down. 4b. You take stand saying it not your fault service went down. 4c. You make custers time seem unimportant. 4d. You tell customer they will have to wait a while for service to be restored. 4e. You get defensive with customer about the wait 5. 30min later you offer no solution. 6. You say well there’s an atm in the lobby. 6a. Customer refuses to use unbranded atm to take cash out because of bank fees and atm fees. 7. You refuse to take anything off the bill to compensate customer for spending up to $10 more to “conveniently” pay establishment. 8. Still offer Nothing for customer waiting in good faith for service to be reestablished. 9. You threaten customer with saying you will wait here as long as we wait here. 10. You argue with customer about how their bank fees/etc work. 11. You offer to take off $5.00 but not the service charge of $9 for splitting a check 12. Still you offer nothing to Customer for waiting 45min in good faith. Customer service is a joke here…if she would have not come off so combative and making it seem like it’s my fault I don’t have cash or even just offered a comped drink or even a water for the initial 10min wait…things could have gone differently. In the end…I went to the off brand atm…paid the atm fee and will have to pay the non atm bank service charge later. I’m done with Deanies.
