Woke up feeling better than I did in SLC…maybe its the fresh mountain air. Appetite pushing back this morning so…going on a recommendation from a friend. #OnTheMenu Cuban Sandwich with Tomato coconut soup. #WashedDown with Matcha Latte. So…Smoked Shaved Seitan and tofu bacon make this a vegetarian delight without the pork.
