So gotta check out a new sushi joint that opened up…its AYCE…but just a little distance off the strip. #OnTheMenu. Tuna, Garlic Tuna, seared Tuna, Albacore, Cajun Albacore, Seared Albacore, Mackerel and Fatty Tuna Nigiri. Paired with a something wrong, Brooklyn bridge, Salmon Killer, and Dragon Roll. #WashedDown with Water. Only gripe is that they didn’t have their alcohol license…so no Hot Sake available…not sure when they will get one…but sometimes…the addition of Sake or beer makes sushi better. The tools are pretty good and creative…but I dont think they have as many as other spots west of the strip…so this may be the final food mission in vegas…gonna be headed to the upper west coast soon. #SushiIsLife #FoodMission #WheresNate #RoamingLasVegas
