Soooo…you knock out a #BreweryTour and eat good Peruvian at the same time. #WashedDown @Mapacho Brewery IPA, Kolsh, Weissen, and Pale Ale…a.full flush of all their home beers. #OnTheMenu Cuy Chactado Crocante. This is a second run at eating Cuy…and this.was much better…kinda similar to duck…a little oily on some.parts…but some cuts come.out pretty crispy.
