So you go to Hells Kitchen and…pass the signature dish since you had it before and turn between lamb chops or this steak. The server says its huge and it for a 2 person serving…you say oh cool 1 serving for me. #OnTheMenu 32oz Dry aged Tomohawk (for two) #WashedDown Smoke on the Boulevard and Notes From Gordon. So for a steak of 32oz…it was cooked pretty well…decided to go medium in this since I am at a Gordon spot…pretty decent char on the meat and overall full of flavor. Pretty much devoured 32oz…what…that’s just a snack yo.
