So what it’s not Tuesday. #OnTheMenu Pollo Asada, Carne Asada, Chorizo, Carnitas andd Campechano. Slightly larger than your usual street tacos…but still full of flavor…coulda used a little more heat on the table…like some habanero salsa salsa verse.
