So…I have officially been up for 38hrs. Made a long drive….did a long ahift….and wasted a few hours on figuring things out. Hopefully some protien will help me.get some sleep….#OnTheMenu Flame broiled T Bone #WashedDoen with Jack n Coke. Trying a different cut this time and it was pretty flavorful ..but seemed to be lacking that signature char that defines longhorn steaks. Maybe it was the end of the night or something. Other than that still a good cut and cooked just right…especially finished off with a few hack and coke closers. Hopefully the itis kicks in before the second wind.
