When you crave ramen…but didnt get Sapporro… #OnTheMenu Shiro Tonkotsu Ramen. You can say this is a hole in the wall ramen joint…it has seating for about 15 people in the store. This ramen was their seasonal mix…tonkotsu broth with milk added. The bowl did need a little spicing up with the spicy Garlic they offered.
