So when you need and crave ramen…you finally get ramen.#OnTheMenu Shio Ramen, Gyoza, and Yakibta Takana Rice. This ramen spot offers a little more customization of your bowl…opted for classic thin noodles…but you can customize the thickness and richness of the broth in addition to the noodle thickness. The noodles were amazing…had to Kaedama it…might have done it 2x but opted for the Yakibita to try and fill up the hangryness. Gyoza was pretty average…if only there was some chili oil available.
