Omg…I found some good ass hot fried chicken. #OnTheMenu Fried Chicken Sandwich. Now what makes this different from others…its mainly the process of how they prep it. It’s not oily like most. They pressure cook it, bake it, and sprinkle the spice on. 4 levels of spice and you can do the Quarter chicken or just the breast in a sandwich. This place is deserving of a second stop before I leave. May just ask the owner Viet about the chicken process.
