When you had a pretty long day with getting ready for a tour launch…and When you get hungry…you eat. #OnTheMenu 40oz Porterhouse with Asparagus and Garlic fries #WashedDown with A Stormy Night. So a huge TBone porterhouse…temp was done ok…the ends were more well done than medium well…but overall pretty good…lightly seasoned though…the parts that did have some char was good as well. The Asparagus…was decent…i would preferred grilled…but the steamed werent bad at all…the garlic fries…a surpise… I expected fries…but got thick chips.
