And a late night Food mission…#OnTheMenu Lil One Platter with Brisket, beer can chicken, Carolina Ribs and pulled pork…and hushpuppies with honey butter. #WashedDown with New Belgium VooDoo Juicy Hazy IPA and Wicked Weed Passionfruit Lychee burst. The chicken…was pretty average (not a big fan)…the ribs were the best part of the platter…followed by the one sliver of thick cut brisket… the pulled pork was ok…but more focus was on the ribs and the brisket.
