Long hot and sweaty day at work and had a craving for meat…started to get bbq…but they seemed seemed to recently add catfish so to the menu and business…#OnTheMenu Bowie Catfish Platter with Cole slaw and garlic mashed potatoes. Gotta say the fish is freshly fried…took about 5-10min for me to get it. The sides weren’t bad…a different take on the Cole slaw…pretty hearty and not to much mayo. The filets were fried pretty well…nice and crispy as well…of course needed some hot sauce on it.
