Final food mission in Peru… #OnTheMenu Alpaca Deluxe (Grilled AlpacaLoin in elderberry sauce and quinoa risotto) This is probably the thickest cuts of Alpaca meat I’ve had down here. There was a little fatty part but overall…super tasty. The trout Ceviche was on point with the fresh cuts of trout #WashedDown with Pisco Sour. Not a bad overall spot…just a block or so away from plaze de armas. They will really try and get you to come in though…often battling next door restaurants in who can get your attention.
