So…had to round off my @GordonRamsay #FoodMission #OntheMenu Pan Seared Scallops, Beef Wellington finished off with a Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake dessert. #WashedDown with a Hell’s Kitchen Brew. Starting off with the Scallops…yes…perfected…I can just think back on the show where scallops were such a pain for certain teams…this time around…for me, they were perfect…no need to put the red or blue team in trouble…So moving on…beef Wellington…Medium Rare…I was a little apprehensive about ordering it at that temperature…but my server assured me that it was a “Perfected” Medium Rare…and by visuals when it arrived…there was no unwanted runoff… the beef was tender and supple…plus I enjoyed my 2 potatoes and 3 carrots…lol. I could’ve had this garnished with black truffles…but I’ll take it as it is 1st…maybe on the next round, ill try it…after the steak that’s meant for two…lol, Now the sticky toffee pudding cake…perfect way to top off the meal…pretty rich though. Maybe just a slightly larger scoop of ice cream. I woulda made it. plus S17 winner Michelle was here. With this trio…I’ve done all of Ramsay’s spots in Vegas.
