Heat advisory…in a hot enclosed evviromment…and I’m eating something that will give me the itis. #OnTheMenu Brisket and Ribs combo with Coleslaw and corn fritters. so 1at bite of the ribs…you get a big hit of the smoked flavor….meat was super tender and meat just comes right off the bone. the brisket…thick slab was equally good…but I’ll prefer the ribs. coleslaw wasn’t too bad and corn fritters was more of a creamy corn popper. in any case…this was itis worthy. #FoodMission #WheresNate #DiscoveringTennessee #RoamingMemphis
