Found a way to get high in Montevideo…lol altitude that is. Saved me from asking someone can I come to their house to look out the window. Lol. This boast a 360° view of the city…however it’s really like 320°. You cant go all the way around. #WheresNate #DiscoveringUruguay #RoamingMonteVideo
