Food for the night…yes…after all the trekking today. I’m beat. Been on the move since 9am. And it’s almost 10. #OnTheMenu Pique Macho (meat, sausage, potatoes, and veggies) on top of papa fritas. #WashedDown Lipena Quina. This is a Bolivian dish…and it was huge…totally iris worthy. This was more like a stir fry on top of fries instead of rice…and it was halfway inhaled…then paced out for.the rest of the stay. I didnt get a chance to ask if it was alpaca meat. Lol #FoodMission #UyuniExpedition2K19
