Finally got a steak into the mix

Finally got a steak into the mix. #OnTheMenu Cowboy Steak Ribeye #WashedDown with a Blood Orange Moscow Mule…the ribeye was pretty good…cooked.to.right temp…but lacked a little more of that searing char….still no steak sauce needed so…it was a good steak. Baked potato and salad not bad….wished there was some fresh ground peppercorns…this was on a special menu…server didnt know the price…said she believed it was about 20 something…but it was really almost 50. #FoodMission #WheresNate #DiscoveringArkansas #RoamingHotSprings
