Despite just eating…you still gotta be like so when in Peru…eat Peruvian meat. #OnTheMenu Parilla Andina (Cuy, Cordero, Alpaca, Trucha, Rocoto relleno, Antichuco de corizón, Papa Dorada). #WashedDown with a Rojo Cusqeña. So dipping back into Cuy and first stab at Antichuco de corizòn…my impression…I ate it…not bad…but i felt it could have been done better though…especially the Alpaca…it shouldnt have been dry… the Cordero wasnt all that great at all either. It’s a nice combination…but I’ll prob get better enjoyment having each separately…and somewhere else.
