Came across a brewery that also had food…super hangry…so had to get the food order in…before the kitchen closes… #OnTheMenu Rainbow Trout with cheddar grits. Cant get trout a lot places and this one was done pretty good. the spicy beurre blanc sauce is really what made the dish pop out.
