Ok I’m pretty sure this will put me over 5lbs of meat in the last hr or so.
#OnTheMenu Smoked Brisket and Slab of pork ribs #WashedDown with Sweet tea. 1st off this sweet tea is the real sweet tea. Lol the ribs…needed just a Lil sauce…slightly dry but had good flavor…brisket…super wet…more fatty parts on here…good smoke flavor.
