Well…its my Birthday…on EST…

Only makes sense to get Steak while staying in Paris. #OnTheMenu Royal Long Bone Chop with Truffle Fries #WashedDown Hells Kitchen Antioxidant (Veev acai liqueur, lemon, blueberries)…sipped throughout 9pm PST

So huge steak…32oz…nice char and cooked to temp. I would say the char just needed a tad bit more kick to it to permeate the rest of the meat. After eating about half…it just had a bland “meat” taste to it where I kinda wanted some type of sauce…and with awesome steaks I never get sauce.
