So I was asked how hungry I was…I replied…hangry…I had to explain the meaning. #OnTheMenu Kangaroo loin and crocodile burger. #WashedDown 4 Pines Pale Ale…x3. Lol So having more kangaroo and this plating was better than the one in Melbourne…mainly because I didnt like the beet pure on the last one. This one kept it simple with gravy. To my hostess amazement…I ordered the Croc burger next. This was similar to a chicken sandwich texture but carried a more tangy taste. So as far as my Australian creatures eaten…all I’m missing is the emu. #FoodMission #BurgersAndBeer
