When you finally eat…you’re not hangry anymore. #OnTheMenu Ojo de Bife with All green Salad #WashedDown with Argentina Nicasia Vineyards Red…so finally got some Argentinian beef…completely devoured…now this steak didnt have a char like I’m used to…but still packed in some flavor. Had it done medium…and the temp was done pretty well. Since salad was good…table lacked any type of pepper…so couldnt pepper up my salad or steak…but the did offer olive oil and red wine vinaigrette. Placed left over pieces of steak in salad and had a field day. Bread was great…especially when you need to dilute…lol. so.1st steak in Argentina was good. Next one…I need some.flame broiled char on the meat. My server was awesome if you come through ask for @Jose Mariano Sanz …we spoke spanish and English so ordering wasnt to hard. Great stories and good service…guess I’m wining to go…unless I down this bottlw now.
