When you havent eaten all day…you find a cool BBQ joint. #OnTheMenu Brisket Sandwich with Mac and cheese and Baked beans….so this was a small food truck/trailer setup. The sandwich was great…not dry and has a smokey flavor to it. Mac and cheese was a little runny but was unique on taste…seems like theres a hit of garlic in there.
