Somehow after all that beer at Oktoberfest…I end up at a brewery in the morning… but it also has traditional German food. #OnTheMenu Bierkutscherpfanne (Pork Knuckle, Chicken, 2 sausages with potato dumpling and cabbage salad). #WashedDown Augustiner Bräustuben Hefeweißbier and Dunkels Maß. So… traditional meal…plowed through the chicken…took a minute to figure the pork knuckle out …and made quick work of the sausages. The cabbage salad was like a spicy slaw without all the extras in it.
