I’m either building a tolerance or just getting stronger…when I hit a roadblock and still keep on moving…however I’m moving at a much slower pace…progress is progress even if its trickling in at minimals…so doing things on my free time now tend not to be the typical medium of distraction for me…but stuff that actually make me feel better.
