So got some breakfast…its still AM…even if it’s technically lunch time. #OnTheMenu Brisket Sandwich. Good idea…but wasnt quite executed well…I mean its brisket…and you have a lot to try and achieve not being a BBQ joint. The fried onions added a nice contrast…but just wasnt all the way there though.
