So after 4 failed attempts to go here the past 2 years…I made it. #OnTheMenu 18th Century style Applewood smoked Pork Chop and dessert as Rhubarb tart with cinnamon ice cream #WashedDown with Hot Cider with Applewood Brandy. So…overall it was great. The porkchop/Ham was juicy and cooked well. The mash and the sauerkraut made a great contrast to texture and flavor.
