So…trying something new…well not exactly new new…but still #OnTheMenu Okinomiyaki Hiroshima style, with Pork xheek, xanadian pork cheek, and kimchi and squid. So the new part is…this is all DIY. So its kinda like KBBQ but just with Okinomiyaki. There is some diy teppanyaki style cooking as well. But yhis was my 1at time doing Oki…and well…it came out pretty good.
