Ok. I admit I was having a fried chicken craving….and for this particular type of chicken…I didnt have to go back to Nashville. #OnTheMenu Hattie B’s Small Plate with tender. Now one can imagine the spice level I got. (Clue: tender is hotter)… with a side of southern greens and Mac and cheese. Gotta admit it’s been a min since I had some bomb mac n cheese. I cant remember the last time I was in Nashville and had this…but it seemed to have transitioned over here just fine. The breast and wing was pretty much perfect…not dry…overcooked or anything. I just wish I had more dipping sauce.Service was pretty fast…food came.out hot both ways. I was kinda surpised…next time I’ll go for the sandwich. #FoodMission #WheresNate #RoamingLasVegas
