Needed food so picked up #OnTheMenu Garlic Black Bean Lobster Claws and Korean Chicken Wings. #WashedDown with a pop top Sake. What can I say…this was nearly a fail. The only good thing was the wings and the Sake. The wings were crisp and almost carries over that Korean Fried Chicken feel…now the lobster claws…1st of all lobster is a delicate meat…fish…shellfish or whatever. And well…i can say pass on this…of all the claws I had…only one heralded meat that wasnt overcooked, dry or stuck to the inner shell. Pass pass pass on the lobster claws….not to mention they were extremely messy to deal with. They would have been better off cooking it the traditional way and drizzling the black bean garlic on top or a .quick boil or even a dip..run away run away #FoodMission #WheresNate #RoamingLasVegas
