Breaking the steak drought…and the food drought after being stuck at the airport(s)…#OnTheMenu 28oz Porterhouse with Ceasar Side Salad and Key Lime Pie #WashedDown with 3 Daughters St. Pete Beach Blond and St. Pete Brewing Orabge Wheat. Not all steak is a steak…this one doesnt disappoint. This porter has a nice carmelization and char on the ends…not.too much of the gummy fat on this cut. Steak was cooked to specs and didnt need much of any seasoning…which is good for a dry aged steak. Onion straws.were pretty good side to complement the steak.
