So it’s almost 4am…just had to check this place out…plus super latenight….#OnTheMenu Pho Dac Biet with crab rangoon. A cool 24hr spot in east of the strip. Pretty large menu with the specialty in Pho. So about the food…The pho was pretty good…just a normal size. Rangoon was pretty basic as well…but likeminsaid… came here because of the funny name. #FoodMission #WheresNate #RoamingLasVegas
